Will you accept my insurance?
We accept most insurance plans on an in-network basis. We have contractual arrangements with the larger insurance carriers in our area. Your or your physician’s office can contact us directly at 215-675-9900 to determine if we accept a certain insurance plan.

Does a co-payment or deductible apply if I have a procedure done at your facility?
This depends on your insurance coverage. Some insurance plans call for a co-payment or deductible while other plans require no out-of-pocket responsibility for this procedure. You may contact your insurance carrier for further information or call us at 2154-675-9900.

If you are a participating provider why do I have co-insurance?
Your coinsurance is based on the medical benefits selected by your employer.

When will I pay my co-payment or deductible?
Once your insurance carrier has paid their portion we will then send you an invoice for the amount you are responsible for.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Can I arrange a monthly payment schedule to pay for the remainder of my treatment fee?
Yes. After we notify you by mail regarding your remaining balance, contact one of our billing coordinators by phone at 1-866-314-4242 and we will work with you to arrange a payment schedule.

What if I do not have insurance?
We make every effort to assist you in making payment arrangements for your procedure.
